Orders
Federal law requires that you be 21 years or age or older to purchase a stripped receiver or frame. If a frame or receiver can only be made into a long gun (rifle or shotgun), it is still a frame or receiver not a handgun or long gun. However, they still are "firearms" by definition, and subject to the same GCA limitations as any other firearms. See Section 921(a)(3)(b). 18 U.S.C. Section 922(b)(1) makes it unlawful for a licensee to sell any firearm other than a shotgun or rifle to any person under the age of 21.
FFL - Any items placed on the same order as a controlled item will also be shipped to the FFL. If you would like additional items shipped to you directly, please place them on a separate order.- Please enter your information or the receiving party's (the person that will be picking it up) information under "Recipient Name" while checking out. There will be a seperate field for FFL name, phone and zip code and we will obtain the shipping address directly from them. - To expedite your order, please have your dealer fax or email their FFL to us. If the dealer you are using to transfer a firearm has not sent us a currently updated FFL to put on file, there will be an extended period of time needed to process your order.
Payment
You can pay for your order by credit card or debit card. We currently accept payment from all major credit card companies. Payment is taken at the time of your order and authorization must be approved before we can deliver your order. Payment is received in US Dollars only.
Delivery
It is our goal to ship all orders within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. However, due to seasonal demand and/or market fluctuation, shipping times may vary. Items will be delivered via the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase. If for some reason an item is not available, we will contact you directly as soon as possible to make arrangements for future delivery or provide you the option to receive a refund or credit on the item.
If your order contains a lower receiver, there may be an extended period of time needed to process your order as we acquire or update your selected FFL. Your delivery time frame may change depending on how long this process takes. To speed up this process, you may have your FFL submit their paperwork via email to info@RykanIndustrie.com.
Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read the guidelines below for our return policies and procedures.
General Policy
All items must be returned within 30 days and be in new, unused or unaltered condition including all packaging contents. A 10% restocking fee applies to orders being returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and returnee is responsible for return shipping. You must contact us before returning any item at 601-900-2055.
Cerakote Warranty Policy
Cerakote is the most durable firearm finish on the market, however, it is still subject to wear. We guarantee our application of Cerakote to never crack or peel, if it does you can send the coated item back to us and we will re-coat it at no charge. You must contact us before returning any item at 601-900-2055.
Failed Background Check
There will be a 30% restocking fee on all lower receivers returned because of failed background checks.
